They arrived promptly—within an hour of scheduling. They were knowledgeable about moving the type of appliance (upright refrigerator). Worked as a team and were careful not to damage hallways and stairwells. Great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Calvin and Bendji were awesome and got a full-size refrigerator down a very tight staircase. They communicated with each other extremely well in order to do so. The job was done faster than we anticipated, and they fit more in the van than we anticipated as well, by loading it strategically. Thank you for sending such excellent people for a difficult job. We truly appreciate their work.
Home Depot had an issue and wouldnt release my fridge, even though I bought it, and the guys waited for me to Uber up and waited for me to argue with them for almost an hour without complaining once. Went totally above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!
They went the extra mile and brought the heavy fridge through the bulkhead door. Thank you very much Mark and Jason.
They have all the equipment and experience of pro movers. Collected and delivered a fancy heavy washer dryer without a scratch.

(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.

Very friendly movers! I haven’t seen the state of the furniture that they moved yet, but I can at least say that they didn’t cause any damage to the apartment while moving things out.
