It started sprinkling immediately after they started taking my appliances to my backyard. My floors are being refinished so they'll be out there for a few days. Eder was knowledgeable about how to disconnect the ice maker and they helped tarp the items so they're protected while they're outside.
Julio and Juan were amazing! They were extremely professional, showed up promptly, and moved all the super heavy appliances in and out in less than 15 min. Talk about efficiency!!!!!
Wow! These guys did an amazing job. I had to move a small apartment and also restock some appliances couldn’t have been able to do otherwise super efficient, nice and super strong.
From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers. They had the equipment they needed to do the job safely and efficiently. This is my second time using love, and I have found it a reasonably priced and timely solution to moving big things.
They were on time, patient while we waited for some appliances to show up, and very efficient getting the appliances from their truck into my home. Much appreciated!

After a professional moving company let us down today with delay after delay, we were forced to cancel their job and looked to Lugg. We were initially concerned Lugg did not meet our needs because the appliances being moved required a box truck as they had to stand vertically. I have also read/heard Lugg can be hit or miss depending on the movers you get matched to. However, we were lucky to have Michael and Luis today. They were experts and found a solution to remove “feet” of one appliance to make it fit in the truck. They were both professional, efficient, and communicated updates as necessary. Very satisfied with the level of expertise and service from this Lugg team and will definitely look to use them again. Thank you, Michael and Luis!

They were thoughtful and had a very positive attitude as they figured out a solution to get the appliances into the house without issue.
Brought tools to disconnect appliances. Organized, profession and utilized effective communication skills. Reassuring that they were able to get the job done in a timely manner.
Both guys were real gentleman. My only complaint is that they didn’t have the equipment needed to move items. Their truck was perfect however they should invest in a set of appliance lifting straps. The straps cost $20 at Amazon and it makes the job easier with less damage to walls and handrails.
