You claim to offer junk removal services, but this is false. Due to the minute-by-minute charge structure, I was charged far more than expected. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. Fix your app, and stop misleading your customers.

I was skeptical using LUGG because I didn’t know if the movers would be quality. Ive always used vetted moving companies in the past for big moves. However, I just needed something heavy moved upstairs. Carey and Darryl had tons of experience, knew exactly what they were doing, and moved my heavy piece of furniture with professionalism. This is a fantastic service. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and I would definitely use the LUGG service again in the future.
