These two guys absolutely rock! We love them at our clay club. Thank you Julio & Ivan. We want you to be the guys EVERY time we need our clay delivered. They know how to count, stack and maneuver the handtruck. Thanks again!! - Natalie
Bryan and Justin were great. They picked up my table at my place of purchase on time, wrapped it correctly to travel in the truck, unwrapped it, and placed it in my house beautifully. And what are the chances, but Justin had been here the last time I hired Lugg to move furniture around the house so I was happy to see him again. - Laurie
5 Stars – Outstanding Experience with Brian and Calvin! Brian and Calvin were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, efficient, respectful, and extremely helpful from start to finish. I had a few extra bins I needed to toss into the truck last minute, and they were more than accommodating—no hesitation at all. They also handled moving my two smokers like pros—quick, easy, and with great care. If you’re going through the moving process, I highly recommend requesting Brian and Calvin. They made a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Thanks again, guys! - Javier
These guys are a class act! Knocked out an entire storage unit into a moving truck for us in just over an hour. My first time using the Lugg app, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks a lot guys. You did great, we appreciate you. - Ashley
Herman was an amazing truck with trailer maneuver man, and David was excellent with his maneuvering up the stairs plan as well. Together they were the perfect team for my office furniture move. I would highly recommend both of these men, and they worked together brilliantly! - Emily
On time & professional. Great communication. Was able to fit everything (8ft table and 4 dining chairs) into their pick up truck. Handled delivery with care. Will be using Lugg again such a convenient service (Lugg was more cost effective then getting items delivered to my door!) - Harlene
This is the second time I use this driver and he is so response and professional! Everything is packaged and loaded and unloaded from his truck with care. Thanks RC! - Mary
RC was the best. Fast and friendly. I can’t believe how much he loaded into the truck. We are super happy with the service. Thank you!!! - Michelle
Marco and Gabriel were great. My box was missing a bolt and they had extra in their truck that they used so that I wouldn’t be charged for extra time - Heather
They were fast and kept me updated on their arrival. They were very friendly too. I had 8 items and from truck to inside it took about 10 minutes. I highly recommend them! - Leesa
Great work by this team! The fridge would have been better transported via Pickup Truck since the unit could not stand upright in the Box Truck. Please endeavor to send the right equipment so that the drivers are not put in a bad position. - Ted
Rob and Alejandro were incredible, as i just had shoulder surgery they were fantastic with working with me and being communicative!! They were also extremely prepared with a box truck and a cart! Keep up the amazing work guys and thank you a million times Rob and Alejandro! - Seth
Huanjun and Frank were awesome! I had a lot of items and they did everything they could to make it fit on the truck. 💪🙂 - Alex
Charles & Daelin were amazing!! Quick, efficient, and on time. They came in, took direction and didnt have to be told twice what to do. Would def recommend using them and their huge truck! - Regina
Cared for the item as they removed it from the truck and brought it in to the home, placing just where we asked. They were also very pleasant. - Bruce
I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick! - Joann
On time. Wonderful personalities. Respectful of my belongings and very good at placing in tight storage unit. - Melissa

Moving out of a studio, clearing a storage unit, or taking a few pieces of furniture across town, and you need people and a truck at the same time? Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service where one Lugg covers both: movers with a truck who load, drive and unload your things, so there's no truck to rent, and no friends to round up. Movers are on the way within the hour, or you pick a one-hour window that suits you, up to 60 days out. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book, with no hourly minimums. Already have a truck? Lugg's labor-only movers handle just the loading and unloading.
Here's how to choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up.
Lugg movers bring dollies, furniture blankets, stretch wrap, lifting straps and tie-down straps. They carry everything out, up or down the stairs, wrap and strap it in the truck, and set it down in the rooms you choose at the other end.
A larger home sometimes takes two Luggs, and that's normal. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Have boxes packed and sealed before your movers arrive. One Lugg holds up to 5 stops, so a storage unit, an old apartment and a new one can all go on the same booking, and a move can run up to 150 miles. You can track your movers live from pickup to drop-off.
