Very kind and helpful. IKEA lost our paperwork. He could have just left but he did not. Instead, he communicated with me multiple times until it was sorted and he was able to deliver. He absolutely represented LUGG in the most positive light. Kudos to him. - chris
Luis and Jake were very friendly and handled our delivery from IKEA with great care. I highly recommend them for delivery and moving! Thank you again, Luis and Jake! - Eric
Great guy, got the couch to us in perfect condition and on time, extremely happy with his help getting it in the house and resolving a small glitch with Ikea. Would definitely use his services again. - Anne
RC was punctual and professional. He kept me up to date on his arrival at IKEA and subsequently his progress toward delivery. He was courteous and punctual. I would strongly recommend everyone to use his services. - Piyush
They did a great job. I will be hiring them again to take back boxes to IKEA. Remodeling turned into nightmare. - diane
RC was very friendly; he called to let me know when he would be arriving at IKEA to pick up my order, when he was on his way, and when he arrived at my apartment. He was very helpful and helped me carry my desk up to my apartment. 😀 - DaQuand
1. They arrived early at IKEA; 2. IKEA didn’t pack small items and they found a way to make sure everything is neat and safe; 3. Friendly and attentive; 4. They kept me updated about the status and progress all the way. - Edward
Kalub and Conner were prompt and really helpful! They even helped with a couple extra boxes and a tricky bed frame! - Alisha
Very personable, professional and helpful. Took the bed frames to the landfill, only to find it was closed because of MLK holiday, so had to bring them back. We've scheduled a repeat for tomorrow. - McDowell
They were so quick to help me move and went above & beyond with a very heavy piece of furniture. I appreciate them helping me out! - Cameron
What great guys! I can’t thank them enough for the help and how careful they were with my furniture. I highly recommend them! 100%+ The company is lucky to have them and they are definitely keepers. Thank you, thank you, thank you…. - Artrmiza
Julio and Karriem were fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly and professional! Thanks guys for making the move of furniture to my parent’s house a smooth one. Recommend and would definitely use again. - Emmabelle
Eric & Braden, are really expert movers and provided an excellent service on delivering, unpacking and installing properly the Macy's furniture. Thanks a lot and keep up your good work. - Cruz
They guys were great! Is there a way to request them next time? It has been one of the worst weeks of my life and they guys saved the day and got the furniture piece set. It was heavy and not easy and they did it with a smile. There is still good people in the world - Rob
Super nice!! They were super quick for how many items I had, and were great at problem solving when one of my furniture pieces started to fall apart! Thank you both!! - Mariano
Bryan and Justin were great. They picked up my table at my place of purchase on time, wrapped it correctly to travel in the truck, unwrapped it, and placed it in my house beautifully. And what are the chances, but Justin had been here the last time I hired Lugg to move furniture around the house so I was happy to see him again. - Laurie
Bryan and Anthony were super helpful in unmounting an 85" TV and transporting it safely to my new apartment. They cleared out the furniture I had in minutes and kept good laughs and conversation flowing the whole time. Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Lucia
I could not be happier with this team. They were friendly and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They moved several very, very heavy pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage and wrapped them expertly without me even asking. 100% recommend them. - Laurie
They were great. Seems that the service is a little pricey, considering it was a very short distance and just two pieces of furniture, but I got the job done and they did their part very well. - Ssndra
These two were great! Followed our instructions to the tee and were careful with the furniture. They were efficient with their time too. We will definitely use Lugg again. - Cheryl
Amazing work ethic, friendly and hard working. Carefully moved our furniture in and even in the heat they were willing to go above and beyond! - Lori
Stanley and Gerardo were amazing! So friendly and professional. They went above and beyond helping me with the furniture. Truly great guys. Thank you! - Ursula

Same-day works for any IKEA purchase you can collect from the store, so the trip home doesn't have to wait for a delivery slot. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up IKEA furniture from the store and carries it to the room you choose, with movers on the way within the hour or at a one-hour window you pick.
Most IKEA furniture comes flat-packed, and a full cart of wardrobes, bookcases, dressers, desks and bed frames rarely fits in a car. Choose a pickup truck for a few boxes or a larger van for a whole room, and movers load it all at the store.
An IKEA Click and Collect order works the same way as a cart you've just paid for at the store. Once it's paid for and ready, movers collect it from the pickup area and bring it home to the room you choose.
Couches and sectionals are the heaviest, bulkiest things most people carry out of IKEA, and few cars have room for them. Movers carry them up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, then set them down where you want them.
Enter the IKEA address and your own, choose a vehicle, and Lugg shows an upfront estimate before you confirm. There's no hourly minimum to work around. IKEA sets its own fees for orders it ships, while a Lugg is booked and priced separately, so the estimate you see is for the trip you're booking.
