Bryan and Justin were great. They picked up my table at my place of purchase on time, wrapped it correctly to travel in the truck, unwrapped it, and placed it in my house beautifully. White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick!

I could not be happier with this team. They were friendly and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They moved several very, very heavy pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage and wrapped them expertly without me even asking. 100% recommend them. 
They were great. Seems that the service is a little pricey, considering it was a very short distance and just two pieces of furniture, but I got the job done and they did their part very well.
