Jake and Winston are absolutely top notch! They got here, within the quoted time, moved the king mattress up three flights of stairs, and were in and out within 20 minutes! They were completely courteous, and respectful, not only of me, and my time, but also our new townhome! Excellent, excellent, excellent! Will ABSOLUTELY be using Lugg again, for ALL of our oversized purchases…in fact, now that I know about this service, I feel like couch shopping!

I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

Polite & answered my questions about other services LUGG provides. I would like to work this team again to move some furniture around in my house. I will create another ticket for services inside my house sometime next week.

I would love to rate Andrew and Nadia more than the full star if the rate allowed. They are very friendly, efficient and being considerate to the customers. They bring various tools like trucks and trolley to facilitate this moving. When they saw I use a mattress bag to protect my mattress, they think this will be more efficient and safe than simple wrap up. Thus they decide to buy mattress bags after this moving so that they can better serve their customers next time. You will find they are always stepping the shoes of their customers to buy appropriate tools and provide efficient and smooth moving service!
