They delivered a large boxspring and mattress, having to navigate narrow spaces. They were polite, professional, and innovative in getting the job done.
They were fantastic! Showed up on time, took the item and drove to the next destination. They delivered the item with care at the destination address and even removed the old mattress as well for us. Top notch!
This father son duo are fantastic!!! Professional and personable. They took the time to put the mattress adjustable frames together and had everything working before they left!

This was so extremely easy. I was working from home while they came in, took the mattress and the box spring and delivered it directly to my cousin’s house. I can’t wait to use Lugg again!
Everything anybody can think about it. Before the mattress brought into upstairs 3rd bedroom we had some furnitures in the room Nd they helped to bring down and put in the garage willingly. They were heavy. Yes. I tipped them good. They did that without asking extra money. Mahasen
Richard did a great job but Lugg did not meet expectations. I ordered a pickup truck and you sent a van and then when they didn't work you sent another van. Even I know a King size mattress won’t fit in a van. Then you canceled on me because you couldn’t fit what I ordered for a truck into a van. So I had to beg you to deliver the bed so we didn't have to get a hotel. Then you offered to send Richard if we could help him load on both ends. So I said yes because I didn't want to go to hotel at 9pm. Richard delivered our bed at 8:30pm (scheduled time was 4-5pm) and was great! (But You were supposed to deliver 2 beds) Richard went above and beyond his job description! He is an A+ employee! But Lugg was not a good experience and I think you owe me a refund or discount. Would I recommend Lugg to anyone.....no. Would I recommend Richard ...yes. R
Michael and Brandon were great! They were very communicative. They let me know once they had picked up my new mattress and gave me a 15 minute heads up before they arrived at my house. They wore masks and shoe covers, and set up my bed within minutes! Thank you for a great first experience with Lugg!

Moved a huge mattress up three flights of stairs in 115 degrees in less than 20 mins. Honestly I was shocked. Thank you guys!!

Mr. Rob and Mr. George, Consumate professionals. I will request there services every time the need arrises. I will confidently recommend them to family and friends. I placed an order with Lugg and in five minutes George called me and communicated there ETA. Then, called again, when at the warehouse to confirm my mattress order was correct and gave me his ETA for delivery. Then quickly and efficiently installed my 2 adjustable bed platforms and showed me they worked correctly. Then, carefully placed my new mattresses on there platforms. Then proceeded to clean up all the packaging and found me to say thank you and good-bye. I responded with a well deserved tip. Great professional service. Thank you Rob and George, the Dynamic Duo.

White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care.
