The guys showed up to the Costco we were headed to within about 45 minutes, located me quickly in the apartment with our newly purchased washer, loaded it up, and transported it to the house near the place it would sit long term. They were not able to get the washer through the door with the packaging and taking the door off its hinges so that was something I needed to do, which is understandable and expected. The service provided by the guys was very easy to use. My wife mentioned "there has to be an Uber for moving", and sure enough there is! Appreciate the help guys! - Jordan

White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. So very happy to have used Lugg and specifically this duo to help with our move. Thank you!! - Bri (and my guard dog, Ollie) - Brianna

I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again! - Kari

I recently had the pleasure of working with two wonderful guys who came over to rearrange some very heavy furniture on my patio. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked together seamlessly as a team. It was clear they were skilled and efficient, as they handled the heavy pieces with care and precision. Not only did they succeed in completing the task perfectly, but they also made the whole experience stress-free for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service—I highly recommend asking for these 2 gentlemen, Michael and Mohamed to help you with your moving needs! I’ll definitely request them specifically the next time I use Lugg! Than you! - Rachel

A great team! These 2 have moved multiple items at different times for me and I can’t say enough great things about them. They are prompt and take care of your things while moving them. I appreciate that they took the handles off of the refrigerator in order to not break them. It’s such a very small detail, but I truly appreciate how meticulous they were. - Alisha

Mr. Rob and Mr. George, Consumate professionals. I will request there services every time the need arrises. I will confidently recommend them to family and friends. I placed an order with Lugg and in five minutes George called me and communicated there ETA. Then, called again, when at the warehouse to confirm my mattress order was correct and gave me his ETA for delivery. Then quickly and efficiently installed my 2 adjustable bed platforms and showed me they worked correctly. Then, carefully placed my new mattresses on there platforms. Then proceeded to clean up all the packaging and found me to say thank you and good-bye. I responded with a well deserved tip. Great professional service. Thank you Rob and George, the Dynamic Duo. - Michael

Robin was awesome in getting the job done. He truly made my day on a good Friday as I had placed an order at Home Depot and he got there on time. He also facilitated securing the product assembled when Home Depot was not ready and short staffed. Does Costco deliver furniture bought in store?
Costco may deliver items ordered through Costco.com. When you buy in the warehouse and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg in Peoria before you leave the checkout line, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside, often within the hour. You pay Costco's price for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,500 Costco pickups in the past year, from more than 250 Costco warehouses.
Costco couch delivery, and the rest of the cart
Couches and sectionals are the most common Costco run, followed by TVs, mattresses, tables and bed frames. Costco is also where people buy the pieces that are hardest to get home: massage chairs, recliners, patio sets, refrigerators and chest freezers, plus boxed kits like sheds, gazebos, pergolas and saunas. If it fit on a flatbed cart, a Lugg can take it home.
Which Lugg fits your Costco order
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, covers most Costco runs, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a mattress, a couch or a boxed TV dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and the rest of the cart in one trip.
Massage chairs, saunas and other heavy boxes
Lugg's weight limit is 125 lb per Lugger, or 250 lb per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Massage chairs, saunas and gun safes can weigh more than you'd guess, so check the weight on the box or the Costco product page before you book, and book a second Lugg for the same time window for anything heavier.
Inside, upstairs, and put together
Lugg movers carry your Costco order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the backyard. Measure your doorways and stairwells first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a patio set. Installation stays with a pro, so hooking up a fridge's water line or mounting a TV on the wall isn't part of the job.
