The movers were great but the total price was a LOT more than I expected. The pricing was not transparent at all. I had no idea that it was a base fee plus a fee by the minute. I thought the base fee was it and the fee by the minute was only if they had to wait extra time. I’m not sure if I’ll use Lugg again given than there are much cheaper alternatives.
Very sweet movers. Moved at a steady pace so as not to not overcharge, but also not damage any furniture. Very gentle with my items. 1 cheap furniture item chipped really minor (totally not their fault and I am on the 3rd floor in both places) and they apologized profusely and fixed it so it’s good as new! Placed everything where I wanted it. Will recommend lug to others because of this team.
Everyone I met from Lugg was awesome! They were super patient, helpful with questions I asked, and able to move and set up the furniture very quickly and efficiently! I always love how much cheaper they are than other moving companies and love using this app!!

Eric And Julian moved our daughter out of her apartment and into a storage unit. They were very efficient and friendly. They contacted us every step of the way. It saved us a trip and was way cheaper then fly out there and move her ourselves. Thank you LUGG! We will definitely be using you again!

Leo and Horacio did an amazing job moving my furniture. I've used a lot of Luggers, and these two took unusually great care with my furniture. One example is they wrapped my (cheap) Ikea shelving in both plastic and blankets to be sure it didn't chip or damage. That's a first! And it worked. Thank you very much guys! You're the best!
The guys were great and suffered a broken window but I was SHOCKED to be billed for two hours of labor on one pick up!! And an hour at the other. Also I had to schedule two separate LUGG pickups to come from Alameda to Moraga. The app should permit two pickups. While the men were fantastic, I do not plan to use LUGG again. I bought cheap Craigslist items for $100 and you charged me $279 to get them. That's crazy.
It's astounding to me that I can be halfway across the world right now and have my furniture delivered to my home effectively and relatively cheaply with the tap of my fingers against a glass screen. Although I've yet to see the moved product in person, pictures assure me that it was a job well done.

They also helped with the setup of my new room--I had bought a new loft bed for the smaller space; and they situated the mattress on top for me. (I have no upper body strength so all of this would have been impossible otherwise). Also, Lugg was cheaper than all the other companies because there's no 3 hr minimum. I highly recommend Lugg and will definitely use them again in my next move! :)

They were so, so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. They were pro movers; I didn't think the couch would fit through my doors but the guys made it happen quickly and without damaging anything. Not to mention, they work so incredibly well together!! Their friendliness and demeanor towards each other was so welcoming and made me feel like my furniture was in the best possible hands. I couldn't have asked for better helpers. I'm still in awe about how great my experience was. I will 100% use Lugg again and recommend it to all my friends!

And dropped off within 50 min from the initial request. And nothing got scraped or broken in the process. This is why Lugg will win. You have an excellent team on the ground. I wish there was a way to request specific lugg'ers because ENRIQUE & MULU were beyond amazing! They were respectful of the fragile house, fast, efficient and went the extra mile. They communicated the whole way through the move which gave me a peace of mind. I HIGHLY recommend them. Especially, if you have high end belongings or a luxurious home. Not to mention the cost is much cheaper than traditional moving companies. I hope I get them the next time I schedule LUGG! Thank you guys!!!

I'm completely satisfied, this experience exceeded my expectations for this type of moving work; it was much cheaper than hiring a moving company to do the same work, which I've done on previous occasions. I gave Brett And Manuel A $20 tip when they finish the work, so I am not leaving another tip through the app.

Lugg saved the day! I went to pick up a chair I bought on Facebook marketplace and realized it didn’t fit in my car. When I went on Lugg app to try yo arrange them to move the chair, I was expecting wouldn’t be availability until later, but the truck showed up in sub 10 minutes, the time of an Uber! Value the real-time booking and the staff is always super friendly and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about Lugg!
