This was my first experience with Lugg and I couldn't be happier! Javier and Angelo were right on time (even a few minutes early!) and they were both so so nice! My couches had to be delivered to the 3rd floor, no elevator, and there wasn't even a hint of complaining. I appreciate their work and hope, if I ever need Lugg again, that I get them again. Thank you!!!
Timothy and Reginald were great. Early to arrive, worked together to get my large couch out the door and were able to take my coffee table as well. Efficient in and out at storage unit. All in all a great quick move.
They did well in particular because the couch wouldn’t fit into the condo so they had to return to the store and did that without complaining. Nice job.

They were quick, and ensured my floors and building elevator didn’t get scratched. They had great communication between the two of them and they were quick thinkers/problem solvers. They couldn’t get my couch through the front door, so they took a look at the back door and moved it through there.

My driveway had a truck in it taking away my other couch when they arrived and they were very patient waiting! They worked together well and were very friendly. I am glad to know that Lugg exists for the future!

Mario and Josie were great. I had a loveseat and couch with sofa bed that was picked up from one place and brought to mine. They did a great job figuring out how to actually move everything in with some narrow movements while still being safe with my walls and ceiling. They were fantastic!
Came on time, hard workers, worked fast. Didn't hesitate to quickly take the door off the hinges and put it back on when it was necessary to fit the couch through the doorway. I am extremely satisfied with the work!
They were wonderful. They were on time with delivery. They got the loveseat in the house without any damage to the walls. Then asked whether it was anything they could help with the couch. Very Professional. If need to have anything delivered again hopefully I get them
I would definitely use them again! My son is a little OCD and they had to move thing’s multiple times and each time said “no problem”. Very accommodating, even setting up my sectional couch and tufted headboard. Very pleased.

They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.
