Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando

The Lugg app inserted an incorrect "south" in the pickup address. Jordan was very laid back about it and everything worked out fine. He was careful with my belongings and secured them carefully in his truck. He was friendly, interesting and polite. Sam helped us twice without us knowing! At the pickup location we couldn't fit out object into our car, and Sam (though we didn't know it was him) helped us put it in and take it out. Then, once I ordered delivery, Sam coincidentally was our driver, and I messed up and only ordered one helper and not two. Sam worked extra hard to get the heavy object into his truck alone, and was gracious when he came over to drop it off. So kind! Thanks, Sam. - Aiden
