They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.
Andrea and Cesar are awesome! They were very professional and approachable. They made quick work of the items we were donating to a local charity. They helped us moving large articles of furniture. On the delivery end, they helped someone in need with a comfortable bed to sleep on in the near future. Many thanks!

James and Onon were exceptional! My 85-year-old mother purchased a HEAVY butcher block kitchen island on a whim. They were so fast, we made them wait a few moments at her house before we arrived. They evaluated all the imperfections of the product at the point of pickup and sent us photos. They were beyond patient with her and put it where she requested. I wanted to give them a 5 star review, but the link sent was broken. Customer service was every bit as responsive, swift, and professional as the Luggers were. I would not hesitate to use this service again, as customer service seems to be a dying art. This is a classy operation.
Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.
the guys were great. I didn't see that I would be texted when they are in Route to the pick up. I was there at the scheduled time at 11-12 and the actual pickup was not until 12:30 ( understandable - they were held up at another Lugg. )
Very helpful gentlemen who went above and beyond dropping the boxes off upstairs for me. They were extremely careful with the boxes and let me know of damage that was sustained prior to pickup (we already knew of the box damage previous to booking Lugg services). I would highly recommend these two young men!

Once they arrived, they were efficient, focused, and quick. Even with snow on the ground, they were considerate and professional enough to wipe their feet thoroughly before entering my home. The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture.

The Lugg app inserted an incorrect "south" in the pickup address. Jordan was very laid back about it and everything worked out fine. He was careful with my belongings and secured them carefully in his truck. He was friendly, interesting and polite. I provided Deirdre from Lugg with information about what may be a bug in Lugg software because it "uncorrected" an address that I explicitly corrected when submitting my request. Thanks!

Sam helped us twice without us knowing! At the pickup location we couldn't fit out object into our car, and Sam (though we didn't know it was him) helped us put it in and take it out. Then, once I ordered delivery, Sam coincidentally was our driver, and I messed up and only ordered one helper and not two. Sam worked extra hard to get the heavy object into his truck alone, and was gracious when he came over to drop it off. So kind! Thanks, Sam.

Delivery was on time. Information being communicated as to where delivery was was communicated efficiently through out delivery process. It was very quick and easy to make arrangements for pickup and delivery . Very pleased.
Paul is on the ball. He left my pickup destination before he was even supposed to arrive. Got to my house forthwith. Bang zoom in and out. Give Paul a raise because he's sure not slacking.
Great tracking via cell texts re: pickup and delivery. Took care to help me move the lightweight sofa inside. Excellent service.
