Never used the service and IKEA wasn’t clear, they came in and clarified everything and helped us out. Really great job.
They hadn't planned to bring my stuff up to my apartment because of an error on my end (kind of Ikea's end really), but they were still prepared to do that anyway!
Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!
My furniture was broken in a way I didn’t know about. They called me to see if I was aware, and if I still wanted to buy it. They had the IKEA employees fix it, and stabilize it for transport!
Took care of everything even some unforeseen roadblocks created by ikea. Both Ben & Onon we’re super kind and friendly - helped me take the things inside. 5/5 for both
Very professional, personable, and helpful. Due to a mix-up with IKEA, some of our items did not make the delivery. He volunteered to go back, find those items, and deliver them. Outstanding Lugger!
The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture.
Ikea gave me a delivery window of 3:00-4:00, but Lugg didn’t show up until after 6:00. Ikea also told me that if I’m there to help unload, then I only need to order a single lugger. Turns out, that a single lugger only delivers to the porch, two luggers carry it inside. Cesar was great though, he ultimately helped me carry the couch inside

Amazing experience but mattress firm left the frame off the order! So we will be calling again!:) Also we need to pick up some items from ikea in Denver today. We will be arranging soon! Thank you!

Delivery was efficient and effective and damage free. Eric and Jody were very courteous. I didn’t appreciate being reprimanded by Sam for inquiring about my delivery time More than once 
angelo and javier were fab!!!! so fast, efficient and really got the job done well. i have a pantry hutch that weighs almost 200 lbs and they moved it up and down two flights of stairs without any issues. i would absolutely book again.
Timothy and Reginald were great. Early to arrive, worked together to get my large couch out the door and were able to take my coffee table as well. Efficient in and out at storage unit. All in all a great quick move.
