1) First of all, NEED to fix this feedback section.. It keeps closing making me have to start the whole close out process overwith AND YOU NEED TO ALLOW USER TO GO BACK AND FORTH EASILY BETWEEN THIS FEEDBACK POP UP AND THE BILL, so that the feedback page will not keep closing while user is trying to give feedback...( Ok, feedback page working better now) 2) Would like specific "live person", not AI, response to my feedback points. 3) I think my overall bill is slightly inflated above what it should be as total labor time was actually 31 minutes not 42 (11 minute driving time form pickup to drop off). AND mileage from pick up to drop off was 4.4 miles not 5. (Total bill needs to be adjusted for that) 4) BOOKING FEE IS EXTRAVAGANT AND WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY ESTIMATE. MY ESTIMATE WAS $56 +. $1.62 x labor minutes 5) My booking fee stated bill would be $56 + labor minutes X $1.62 per minute ( DID NOT INCLUDE DRIVE TIME COSTS NOT BOOKING FEE 6) MY ACTUAL BILL SHOULD BE $ 118 ( to delete booking fee which was not mentioned as part of my total bill and is EXTRAVAGANT ) minus ( 11 X $1.62 per minute, to correct the real labor time costs ). = approx 118 - $17.82 = $100.08 AND that is what I should be charged. 2) I need to get specific respnse
They were able to work with the store to be able to pick up my order. They were very quick, friendly, and helpful.
They were on time to pick up the staff and they were very efficient. They did a great job. I strongly recommend them to a friend of family.
I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.
They worked very efficiently. Moved all the big items including bedframes and mattresses from right from the apartment at pick up location and brought up everything in new apartment as well. Thank you so much Lugg for making the move-in procedure so easy and stress free. :)
They did everything perfect from pick up to drop off! They answered my text promptly and did everything within the given time

Laurent helped play a crazy game of Tetris to fit my couch into the storage unit! They were punctual and did a great job.

Well, I had trouble with the app to start off with, but basically had to go in and re-order but the people were really good. They tried to help me online, but the people coming to move me were absolutely fantastic. They’re really friendly very well organiz kept in touch with me the whole time there was a problem because they didn’t have the pink slip that was probably my fault. Definitely not theirs. They got a well on time they recruit their efficient and incredibly friendly. Yes, I would definitely use the service again and not even think about it.

They worked good. They didn’t put anything between the dolly and my furniture which caused some scars. Nothing I can’t fix, but with minimal effort they could have prevented it. Other than that they were fine.
The duo sent was amazing however the company over charged 4x the amount quoted and then I had to wait for the refund because there are no live agents. First time using lugg. Loved the movers they were extremely kind but if a company doesn’t have customer service line to call I’m not sure if I’ll use lugg again.
They went above and beyond the call of their job.they both are very professional, hardworking and caring individuals. Lugg company is blessed to have them !they are genuine and really cares about the customer and their stuff. I will give the 12 out of ten.very impressed.
