It was a super hard job— a heavy treadmill up some tight steps. They were thoughtful and communicative about the risks then made it happen after I signed off.
Jahlil & Jenard are true professionals, they handled a long distance delivery with care. They protected my furniture with proper padding and equipment. True gems! -Jasmine
Koffi was quick and professional! I was so impressed with his equipment and quick spatial skills. The boxes we ordered were really big but he was able to get them inside with NO bumps or scratches on the walls!! He was super friendly and we are so happy that we got a great experience using this service for the first time.
Raymar & Dierre really know what they're doing. They have plenty of energy to go & go & go, using their tact, experience, smarts & physical strength. Jahlil and Elliot were fantastic. They moved everything with great attention and care, and cautioned me about a couple things that need addressed with the used furniture. Moving is a big job, and I’m glad that they took care of it for us. Thank you very much, Jahlil and Elliot!
It was a nasty day to move anything. These guys showed up as promised and with big smiles the whole time. It was a very positive experience.
Attiqullah and Elliott arrived on time and worked Very efficiently. They were very careful with all of the heavy furniture, shelves, filing cabinets and boxes. They took care to cover floors and did not damage any walls. Since the job was to move items from the basement into the garage as well as rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, they took direction attentively and followed through. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They had to take a few items apart because they were too big, bulky or heavy. They patiently and carefully put them all back together.
They showed up on time and evaluated the move. We needed a big massage chair that need assistance to move in the house on first floor. They did a good job listening and taking suggestions before moving the chair in the house. Was quick painless and efficient highly recommend.
so good!! originally I was worried about the space requirements when I saw I was upgraded to a box truck, but Anil is SUCH an excellent driver that he had no trouble at all! Big fan of Lugg, will recommend to my friends.

They went above and beyond in communication and customer service. I asked them to bring my couch to the base of my stairs so I could try and push it up into my apartment (I live alone and weigh 130) and they offered to take it all the way inside for me and were so kind and helpful. They deserve a promotion and raise, big thanks to Jefferson and Kevin for this great experience.
They answer me super kindly and I had a big trouble with the apartment since I could not book a loading dock. So I changed the address and they gave me a super nice service I really appreciate it 😭😭😭
They were very fast and efficient. My building doesn’t have a friendly entrance for big furniture/boxes and the elevator is small, but they figure it out, were gentle with the items and very nice people. Great service!!

These guys were absolute machines! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. I was genuinely impressed (and a little worried for their safety!) by how fast they moved. They navigated a heavy sleeper sofa around a tight L-shaped corner in record time, then zipped through several smaller items without missing a beat. Incredibly efficient—highly recommend! They were also nice & friendly.
Michael and Emmanuel seriously went above and beyond. They both introduced themselves, advised on the setup, and went out of their way to deliver my HEAVY stainless steel table up to my condo. I’ve never had such incredible, thorough, and friendly customer service from movers. Felt more like friends delivering my table. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

this man that came to my house today was amazing. I initially hired somebody to help me move my peloton bike, which is very heavy by the way downstairs into my basement from my living room and when he showed up, he was on time he was courteous. He was polite. He was a professional, and he assess the situation and he did the whole thing by himself. I was completely blown away. I tried to help, but he said that he had it and that it was no problem. I really wanna leave him a tip. I should've given him cash before he left, but I didn't and you know I'm having a real hard time putting the tip on the on the app and I just wanted to know that I'm not gonna stop until I find a way to send this man some kind of tip. Thank you.
