I hired them to move some furniture from upstairs to my outside storage. They arrived within an hour of my request and quickly got to work. They had great ideas for how to maneuver my space. They moved items in minutes that would have taken me all day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent job… plus they were friendly and professional. Highly Recommended!! - LaRissa

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS FOR HOW WONDERFUL THESE GENTLEMEN WERE!!! Jah-lil was very VERY conscientious, competent, and confident in his ability to do hard work incredibly well! Elliott was equally friendly, efficient, and conscientious, and took instruction from Jah-lil to work as an amazing team. They were not only professional, but personable, respectful and reassuring while I was worried about the amount of work and what felt like a disastrous undertaking. I had an emotional breakdown on the phone before scheduling for this job. I was overwhelmed and anxious…I felt helpless and so stressed out. What I thought I needed compared to what I got was incredible! I am still marveling at how they managed to get so much stuff in such a small space and have room to spare!!! I will forever be grateful to these gentlemen and will recommend them SPECIFICALLY to anyone who needs a moving job! You guys really saved my life today!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ - Irena

Mahdi and Mateen went above and beyond to help us fit an impossibly large cabinet through an awkward Tetris-like space. They tried everything, even attempting to remove the legs of the dresser! In the end it wouldn’t fit, but not for lack of trying every possible way! They were gracious enough to help us get the piece to an alternate drop off location. They had great customer service and moving experience. I would definitely recommend them!!! - Angie

Seamless operation from beginning to end. As a guy who appreciates devising a plan that is executed to perfection, Kemar and Terrance were exceptional in their performance. I researched an IKEA purchase, and got my family moving early on Sunday morning to put eyes on my final selection. Although IKEA's website said delivery was not available in our area (NW DC), they told me about Lugg after the purchase. I scheduled a mid-afternoon, same-day delivery. I went home, cleared the space to accept the delivery, and took the family to brunch. While receiving real-time updates and needing to complete a few other errands, I sent the family home to meet Kemar & Terrance and continued with our other "missions." Kemar & Terrence arrived promptly at the opening of the scheduled delivery window, unloaded our purchases efficiently and carefully, and were on their way. Their professionalism during the delivery was particularly noteworthy. Coming from my Wife, this is extremely high praise as she does not issue it lightly. I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Nicely Done Gentlemen! - Michael

Thanks for the help and delivering an important item safely. I continue to find the Luggers are professional and expeditious. My only constructive criticism to Lugg is to improve the web based interface. In this case I used Lugg to pick up a bulky item from a store that was in a strip mall. I like that the address auto populates, but there was no way to add additional information such as the suite number amongst the other stores, or the store name, on the initial location. Would also like a way to write additional specific notes on the initial Lugg request. I did utilize the text option, but it’s unclear if that works since I haven’t gotten a response the past two times I’ve used it. Overall great service. And Kendy and Fleven were great. - Howie

Michael and Emmanuel seriously went above and beyond. They both introduced themselves, advised on the setup, and went out of their way to deliver my HEAVY stainless steel table up to my condo. Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service! - Cathleen
