Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.
Both Ben and Justin were super patient with moving a really big and bulky item up stairs and trying different methods to get them in our guest room. The couch was extremely heavy and they didn’t give up. I appreciate how they worked together to make it happen.
These guys were GREAT. They hauled our busted couch all the way through the kitchen because the more direct route is blocked by our air conditioner. Ha! They were very professional, very friendly, and very efficient. Highly recommend.
They moved fast and got it done within 30 minutes like the app said. Two guys showed up, they were friendly. Went up one flight of stairs with no issue. We only had one couch to move though. Overall great experience for a first time Lugg user.
Excellent guys! I wasn't even 100% sure my couch would make it through my zig-zag entryway without disassembling, but they worked their magic and did not leave a single mark on the walls. I am awestruck! Total pros!

Communication as to pickup and arrival. They brought the couch in the house and put the cushions on it and were out the door in less than 10 minutes. Very professional.
These two were the BEST team that my partner and I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to help us move. Not only did they problem solve like WIZARDS, they were incredibly friendly and made sure that our items were moved safely. Which doesn't even really cover how difficult our job was. We had an incredibly difficult and HEAVY couch to move ( that I think many may have given up on), but they took the time to expertly move it with kindness and grace. I wish I could emphasize even more that they are both such a dream to work with. Truly so grateful for them!
