I was prompted by your app that I could select Goodwill as a drop-off for my couch. It was featured as a location without even me selecting an address. When our Luggers arrived and took the couch, I had no issues until they called me 10 minutes later saying that Goodwill couldn't take the couch. I don't understand why Goodwill was listed as a featured location when they wouldn't accept the couch. From there, the Luggers drove all over San Diego, racking up a huge mileage charge, trying to drop off the furniture, only to return it back at my original address. I will not be paying this huge charge for someone to pick up my couch, drive it around in a van for a couple hours, only to drop it back off to my apartment. Please issue a refund, or I will be filing a credit card chargeback. - Aaron
