My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move. - Damodar

How can you send 2 guys from New Haven to West Springfield to move 2 items 5 miles!?? The $96 paid for this service was an awful business decision. There is no waythe company of the movers made any money from this trip. Lugg needs to revisit your logiatical decisions. They helped me unload some heavy items from a truck and then they moved those items into my house. I appreciated that they wanted to scope out the route they’d take to bring everything in first (instead of just diving right in). They were thoughtful and careful and treated these household items as if they were their own. They were also conscientious and went above and beyond. We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch!
