We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. Travis and Jeremiah went way above and beyond for the delivery of my couch from Costco. The boxes were larger than I remembered when I booked the job. Not only did they make the boxes fit in a truck, they opened the boxes, put on the footstools, and put the giant empty boxes in my garage. This was on a 110+ degree day. They were so helpful, friendly, and polite. I cannot recommend them and Lugg enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my Lugg experience and will definitely use them again.
