Checked in prior to getting to ikea. Let me know when they started to my house and when they arrived. Polite. Put the boxes where I directed them.
I’d like to ask them if they can assemble a table and chairs from IKEA and a microwave stand from another store in a week or so?
Ted and Nicholas had to bring a second item to us due to a factory defect on Ikea's end. They were super nice about having to make a second trip!

Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.

This was hands down the easiest furniture moving experience i have ever had! Adeel & Darnell moved heavy, antique furniture as if it was as light as Ikea, and did it safely in under an hour start to finish. I hate moving but I'll definitely use Lugg again!

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
