Mario and Josue were very friendly and professional. They disassembled and reassembled my dining table with the proper tools and equipment, and I was impressed by how efficient they were with the move. I highly recommend them!
Second time I used them to help me move very heavy exercise equipment. Firs time elliptical upstairs and second a treadmill. They were very careful not to damage my home or the equipment. I highly recommend them!!

They were wonderful. They were on time with delivery. They got the loveseat in the house without any damage to the walls. Then asked whether it was anything they could help with the couch. Very Professional. If need to have anything delivered again hopefully I get them

Delivery drivers aren’t always known for being on time and Jermaine and Jason delivered exactly as expected! They were great problem solvers, getting a huge table through our front door.
These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.
Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!
