My wife bought a 7’ x 5’ floor mirror from HomeGoods. Diego and Randdy arrived ahead of schedule and carefully blanketed and wrapped the mirror prior to transporting. Thank you guys!
Thank you for picking up and delivering my new rugs from Homegoods, as well as going the extra mile and putting the rug down (while moving around 2 couches, a coffee table and a side table!). You guys were super helpful and efficient, I appreciate it!
Elder and David were punctual and demonstrated great care as they moved my antique piece of furniture. They also went above and beyond to help me move the another piece of furniture out of the way upon delivery. I would highly recommend them and work with them again. 
Edy and Eduard were efficient and courteous. They went out of their way to move existing furniture and other items to accomodate the new furniture in our new apartment. They also provided some much appreciated safety advice about how to setup a worktable that we had them move for us.
Theses guys were awesome! Came prepared and handled my furniture with care. They were quick and made the job easy. Thank you!!
I love the same day concept. I was absolutely in need of this. I had no idea how I was going get my floor model furniture home from the furniture store. The team that arrive was very professional and strong. This is key for a smooth transaction. This was spur of the moment purchase I had a little bit of poor planning at my house, but the Team was very patient with me and understanding. 5 starts would use again and recommend

Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!
Asseem and Samir were great! It was very tricky to get the couch they were delivering to me through my front door, but they were persistent and made it work without damaging my furniture. Would highly recommend!

Efrain and Eduardo arrived within 30 minutes of my placing the request . They worked very well together, working carefully, efficiently and steadily. They moved lots of household bookshelves, and objects to lots of different locations in the house. I’m very very appreciative of their carrying, a very large heavy furniture from upstairs to downstairs. Thanks!
