Arrived on time, then made short time of loading my Goodwill items. Outstanding service. Thank you!
They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful.
These men were so pleasant to work with. They knew exactly how to move our very heavy pieces (one in the basement and the other on the second floor. They were also helpful in finding a solution when Goodwill refused our donations. They were the best! We tipped them when they were here.
Helped move some items to goodwill and when Goodwill refused to take some items, took them to the transfer station too
The luggers were good, but goodwill wouldn’t accept my couch, so this was just pointless. The luggers just returned my couch to me. Not their fault.
Hello apparently he wasn’t able to deliver our items to Goodwill as they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. He will deliver Wednesday. The job was picked up.
They saved me a wasted trip to Goodwill because the donation window was 10 minutes before closing. Instead,they helped me move my furniture into my garage. Now I can schedule another time to have my items moved to a donation site. Thank you so much!
When Goodwill would not except the couch I asked lug to deliver these guys made arrangements to take the couch to another Goodwill. They were very helpful and kind about the whole thing.

I was originally going to donate a sofa and chair to Value Village. They had the expertise to know VV doesn't take sofas, and Goodwill wouldn't either. So they found the nearest transfer station to dispose of the items, before they left we confirmed everything. They were very helpful.
The ONLY way I survived a recent move from hell was with Julio’s help. I had a ton (probably several tons) to move to my house, my storage unit, Goodwill, and the dump. He took the time to help me strategize what should go where and my storage unit is a thing of beauty. Ok, both my storage units are.
Not only did they expertly “tetris”d my items into their pick up truck, they taught me that every Goodwill location is different in what they take. Thank you!!!!

5 minutes early!!! Done in 10 minutes & convinced Goodwill to take the donation after I’d already been told they would, but they changed their story when the truck got there.
Tim & Ryan were prompt, friendly, and incredibly careful during the moving process. They helped me empty my storage unit and haul several pieces of furniture into my home swiftly and without any damage. Grateful!

Not only were we able to get everything done in a smart and timely manner, but he even helped me make the perfect arrangement of my furniture to maximize my space in moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The job was done, my day was absolutely made, and I couldn’t be happier or more thankful for the help!

The furniture was sooo heavy. And they needed to take it upstairs. Alex and Anthony never complained, and completed the task quickly and neatly.

What more can I say about these guys... WOW!! From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Professional and so careful with my furniture. I've never spent that much $ on one piece before so I was nervous and it is a pretty large, fragile and awkward to move item. From the first moment to the end, getting it safely to my apt which is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator these guys went above and beyond. I'm holding back tears writing this because these guys, Kevin the super star ( his nickname is spot on ) and his guy Matthew learning and helping so kindly the whole time , were everything and more you would ever hope for in any encounter you may have big or small in life. Thanks guys!! Thank you Lugg, and btw you guys really won the lottery when these guys signed up with your company.
The furniture company did a terrible job communicating regarding packaging the item, even though we checked with them multiple times. Without Nebyou and Carl’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to get the loveseat into my house. They did an awesome job — friendly, strong, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Shane and Israel were prompt, very efficient, and friendly. My furniture was handled with care, I would definitely recommend both of them and hire them again for moving needs. I was very happy for the help!
