They put up with Crate and Barrel who totally messed things up. They took grief from these unpleasant people who could not find my product. After I had a little "talk" with the Crate and Barrel people, they found my product and these guys delivered. But, they put up with the CB people claiming they didn't have the order and disparaging me. - Ralph
Really great guys. They have all the tools you need for moving furnitures with care. Very patient. Helped us pack many heavy furnitures from Crate and Barrel to our home. - Anil
Michael was very prompt and helpful. He helped me lugg a bookcase from Crate and Barrell and assisted in disposing of the packaging. - Merwan
Efficient and very careful wrapping up the furniture. They took apart the bed and reassembled it quickly and perfectly. The nightstands and bed are in perfect condition due to their careful moving skills. Highly recommend these movers! - Claire
They were amazing!! Professional and reassuring, polite and strong! Moved a heavy bedroom dresser and two nightstands with ease and delivered up 17 steps!! Will definitely look to use their moving services again soon! - Sabrina
Erick was awesome! Super communicative and fast. My friend has an appointment that she had to go to and he was able to get to us in time for her to give him the nightstand and he was here within 15 minutes, followed directions and was done within 5 minutes. This was a great first experience! - Mele
Ivan & Santiago showed up early and were very efficient and careful moving our dresser and nightstand. They are pros. - Falcon
Ivan and Daniel did a fantastic job with my move! I was on the third floor of a SF apartment and they were able to move my bed, large dresser, desk, rug, and nightstand without a problem down the stairs and into the truck. They took excellent care of my belongings and made sure everything was properly wrapped in blankets and sealed with plastic wrap before carefully loading it into the truck. They also helped me move out many more boxes of items and load them into my car. They were very friendly and did a great job! - Kate
I was somewhat worried that the sofa, dresser, bar cart, and nightstands wouldn't fit in the fan. But they made it work and everything arrived safely and intact. They arrived on time (a bit early actually) and moved everything efficiently. If I ever need to Lugg some large pieces of furniture again, these are the guys I want. - Justin
Delivery was great and on time. The two men unpacked the boxes and carried the nightstands upstairs for me. I was a bit dissapointed when they told me they could not take the cardboard boxes with them. Last time I used Lugg to pick up and deliver furniture they hauled away the boxes for me. I love the pick up and delivery services this app provides. - Darlene
Kenny and Fernando were incredibly nice, patient, and efficient. They packed a mattress, bed, drawer, and nightstand very securely onto their truck. I would 110% recommend them to anyone! - Angelica
Gave me a ride home with my bicycle, in addition to the chair and ottoman. Used moving blankets on everything. Wonderful dude. - Jackson
Fantastic! I had only 45 minutes to pick up a sleeper couch and ottoman I found on Craigslist. Wellington and Omar arrived right away and were attentive, efficient, and accommodating. This was a huge relief because my living room rug is white and the weather was storming buckets! - Susanemily
They pointed out any and all flaws and documented everything as they picked up my new furniture pieces from the community thrift store and were very thorough and almost protective of me by ensuring that I knew of the various wear & tear on the items and that the store wasn’t scamming me by selling dysfunctional or unusable chairs & an ottoman. They even took the time to check and tighten all the screws on my “new to me” vintage WFH ware. I really appreciate that they took the time to guarantee that I wasn’t being ripped off but they went out of their way to ensure the products safety before it had a chance to fold up if my mother or I happened to sit in one of them🛬😧 - Cara
Jorge and George were great! They were on time for he pickup and called me as soon as they were on the way. They arrived at the estimated time and were careful with bringing in my sofa. They installed the feet to my ottoman and placed my sofa were it needed to be. Thank you for the on time delivery and setup Jorge and George! - Cherry
Moved a very big couch through a narrow stairwell and were super friendly!! Helped me move the ottoman in and out of my own car as well :) - Anika
James and Santos were friendly, efficient and thoughtful in their move of my couch chairs and ottoman. Took care of the furniture and my house. Thanks guys and LUGG! - Claudia
William and Grayson did a great job moving a large and valuable Ralph Lauren leather ottoman for me. Thanks guys! Is there a way to request them by name for my next LUGG? - Hector
James and Eric were so nice and professional and handled my sofa/ottoman with care. Great customer service! Will definitely refer Lugg to my friends, which are many. - Elizabeth
I was totally satisfied with my first Lugg experience. From downloading the app, placing the order, and submitting payment through today's pick-up and eventual delivery, the entire process went off expeditiously without a hitch. Two polite, professional gentleman - aka Luggers- arrived on time in Menlo Park this afternoon to load and deliver a 7ft couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman to my home in Alameda within hours of my initial request. The Luggers texted me along the way - keeping me informed - and showed me how to get a first-timer discount when they arrived. I will use Lugg again and recommend it to others. Thank you. - Patricia
Fred and Stewart were outstanding! Prompt, polite, very professional. They showed real care for the very expensive chair and ottoman I needed moved. I wish I could request them specifically the next time I use LUGG. - Hector
This was my first time using Lugg. The Lugg workers were excellent and helped place our bookcase where we wanted. They were very friendly and personable. - Arne
Boris and Andres communicated well and did a great job delivering three bookcases, which they wrapped and protected for the trip. Very grateful for their being on time as well. - John

Crate & Barrel may deliver orders on its own schedule, but when you buy in the store or at an outlet and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Crate & Barrel for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,000 Crate & Barrel pickups in the past year, from stores and outlets across the country.
Most Crate & Barrel Luggs start at an outlet, where floor models and last-of-a-kind pieces sell fast and usually have to leave with you. Pay at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Sofas and sectionals are the most common Crate & Barrel Lugg, followed by tables, chairs, dressers and consoles.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a sofa or a boxed bed frame dry on a rainy day, and the Pickup and the Van are the two most common choices for a Crate & Barrel run. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on marble tops, glass shelves and solid wood cabinets. Check the weight of anything with stone in it before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Crate & Barrel order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment or a bedroom upstairs. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
