Couch removal in Elk Grove, CA

Andrew and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard. We did have a few problems though. In moving the buffet they were unable to stand the unit up due to the height of the ceiling. The unit was the same size as our existing buffet do I knew it would fit. They tried different scenarios without success. I suggested that they remove the base, which they did but it still didn’t give it enough clearance. I then suggested they remove the second largest section of the cabinet which we worked. But, in putting the buffet back together they incorrectly matched the holes and woodwork. When they finished we looked at the unit and we noticed that the base was off about 1/4” all around and that there were 4 nails sticking up through the wood. I knew that it was getting very expensive having them here so we asked them to take the top unit off and leave it on the floor so we can correct the way the base was put on. Only one small piece of the wood was split and I’m hoping that it won’t be noticed. I suggest that there should be basic training on how big items are put together so they will know what needs to be done in the future. I can take pictures if you need them. It was an Ethan Allen piece which is highly crafted and maybe extra knowledge about manufacturers. When handling these type of items I expect customers to have high expectations on the moves.

Great first experience! We had the best, most efficient, friendliest team who came in, removed what we asked them to and delivered it to our storage. Would definitely use Lugg again and hope we get the same team!

We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. I would recommend their very professional service if you are moving furniture.

First time Lugg users full of worry and I needn’t not have worried!!! These guys know how to move mattresses! They understood how to get the mattress up our stairs and we marveled! Of course we helped it was all hands on deck! Your Luggers were awesome too because they removed their shoes! So respectful!! We did tip cash at the site but I’ll add some here!

Abdul provided excellent service from pre-pick up ETA’s to on time delivery. Very professional and polite. He carried the two new patio chairs into my side yard, removed packing and took the debris with him. All I had to do was sit down and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend Lugg. Worth every penny, considering the time saved and not having to lug the bulky chairs over a small pathway.

Delivery was on time and fast! They were courteous and very helpful. They removed all boxes and wrappings to my garage in a neat way. They put my bed together so fast it was crazy. I LOVE THEM and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much!!!

They made it in the front door without having to remove the legs of the couch. They spun the couch around so it faced the right way. They were professional courteous and helpful. They were in and out in under 15 minutes.

I warned them about need to remove the doors before they attempted to move the treadmill from bedroom through apartment and outside…LOL…they learned their lesson and were very quick to laugh and say they should have listened to me. Move was quick! Less than an hour from arrival and to delivery/unloading. Will certainly use this device again!

Fantastic, so professional and took the utmost care to move our furniture back into our home after having our floors redone. We asked to please remove their shoes when they were inside moving and they happily agreed. Excellent customer service!

They were polite, courteous, they took away my old mattress, unpacked my new one and removed all the packing material.

Sofa was delivered on Time at 4:25 pm. My scheduled delivery time was between the hours of 4 to 5pm. Both Rodrigo and Darnell were very careful bring the new sofa into the house, and first transfering the existing sofa into the living room. They couldn't get the sofa box through the front door and had to remove the box first. They were both very careful with the removal of the box so not to damage the sofa. Also very careful not to scratch or damage my walls, while carefully bringing the sofa into the family room and setting it up. Afterwards they clean up after themselves before they left. I will use your delivery service in the future and will let others in the neighborhood, that Lugg is a reputable and dependable delivery service. Great Service , Friendly and Helpful delivery...! Thank you, Derec & Aaron! You both went above and beyond to deliver our dining table. The piece was heavy and too wide for the doors, so they removed the top to fit it through the door and put it back together. Highly recommend.
