I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly.
