Jose and Jose were the ultimate professionals. They arrived right on time, listened to my needs then started the move. We had some furniture that needed put outside for Recology and some that went to the new apartment. Jose & Jose made the move smooth and they are easy to work with. I’d highly recommend this team:)
I had selected Recology Mountain View as the destination (it was featured on the app for junk removal) but it turned out this location didn’t take furniture. Franklin and Roland knew of a different place to dispose of the old furniture and rerouted the destination. Everything went so smoothly thanks to them!!

Ivan and Edwin were fantastic! Super quick and friendly, and were flexible when recology ended up being closed (again please let them know i’m so sorry for the unexpected extra drive).
Marcos and Raj were excellent. Super friendly and patient. They went above an beyond getting this cumbersome furniture out of our apartment without causing any damage. They have great attitudes and are hard workers. Lugg on the other hand as an app failed to deliver, allowing me to select Recology as a destination on a day that Recology was closed. They then blamed me for not looking into Recology’s hours. Why is Recology the first option on the app if it’s closed? If Recology is closed it should not be available. Luckily I have an office I can store the furniture in temporarily, but I had to drop everything I was doing to come here and I am stuck with it here now. I would like a full credit toward getting this furniture taken to Recology whenever possible. Thank you for providing and continuing to improve upon this service. I hope that you can make this right.

It is ridiculous that I was able to book a lugg when recology is closed. I clearly put that in the directions and the app should have told me that the destination doesn’t open for drop off on sundays. I would like a refund of this

The disassembly was very fast and smooth. We experienced some issues with recology being closed and they were both very communicative and helped find a solution.
Guadalupe was great and very understanding when we had to change the location from Salvation Army to Recology because of the condition of the couch. Very helpful and friendly but professional.
Omar and Ruben helped me by bringing some broken dressers and several bags of trash to SF recology. They were professional and efficient getting all of the stuff down 3 flights of stairs and into the van , we couldn’t have done it without them!
