Hard to believe that two men could pick up, deliver, and reassemble a large, heavy piece of furniture in such a short time! The entire operation, from pickup to finish, took no more than 20 minutes—Including the time needed to haul the item up a long, narrow stairway. We are truly grateful for the movers’ great service!

Wow. What an amazing team, Gabriel and Mario are. They saved us!!. They had to carry solid 8 foot wood tables three flights of stairs. They were friendly and courteous from beginning to end. I’m so glad I found Lugg and that you have these two men in particular. Never lose them!! Thanks, guys!

I ordered a table, at 4:00 PM, which was heavy and a free form shape; a difficult move even for two people. Uggs app led me to two men and a truck; they picked up the table in Menlo Park, and delivered it to me in Atherton, in less than an hour. It was a coffee table and it was in place, absolutely perfect, and I had a fire lite in the background, by 5:00 PM. I was delighted, by the Ugg experience and the efficiency of the two men, who helped deliver it, and set it up; beyond impressed.

Both lugers were so friendly and very kind! The only feedback I had was that there were a few times I felt like my stuff was being mishandled. For example, my television was placed facedown on top of several boxes and not securely fastened. I also felt like some boxes, or side tables specifically were scraped on the wall and not as carefully handled. Overall these two men were kind and efficient so I didn’t want to ruin their rating but I wanted to give the feedback.
