I tipped both Luggers, Jose Lee and Alexander, in person. Once they arrived at this destination, they were very efficient and fast. If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly. Since I found out about Lugg I’ve hired about a dozen trucks. I can honestly say these two are as good as good as it gets. These two under promised and over delivered. As a business owner, I cannot tell you how rare of a quality that is to find nowadays if you are lucky enough to ever get assigned these two, jump on it not only are they hard workers, but they are extremely strong and able to stay on task unfortunately with the rise of social media, those are things becoming next to impossible to find. Aghiles & Mohammed did a fantastic job moving my two sofas to two different houses, in the rain, all within one hour. This included wrapping the sofas with plastic so they wouldn’t get wet or dirty, navigating narrow stairs, and driving their truck on narrow winding road up a mountain. The messages to my cell phone said that David arrived at the pickup address at 2:58 and reached the destination (without use of the truck, because the destination was outside at the same address), at 3:37, for a total time of 39 minutes. The predicted price without the $15 tip was $29.41 + $0.95per minute * 39 minutes = 66.46, to be compared with the $77.01 before adding the tip. Please explain the difference (my email is yellin@slac.stanford.edu). I think your booking site should have an option to add a booking comment, such as additional details on how to find the pickup or destination locations. - Steven
