I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again. - Angela

I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again!
