Christopher and Nathan provided outstanding delivery service! They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. Great job, guys! - Christina
Christopher and Joshua went above and beyond. They were extremely helpful and careful with the large solid marble dining table I needed delivered. - Alexa
These two gentlemen were quick, efficient and polite. I suggested they come through the side of the house so they would not have to carry the piece as far but they informed me that it wasn't very heavy and they would be happy to come through the front or the side. After placing the dining table where I wanted it, they very quickly removed the blankets and wrapping and were on their way. This is my second Lugg experience and I will definitely use you again! - Shannon
Christopher from Lugg was great. He arrived on time and was friendly throughout the move. He wrapped and protected my dining table well for the journey. At my apartment, he helped me place the table where I wanted it. I would definitely use Christopher's services again and recommend him to others on the Lugg app. Thanks for making my move easy, Christopher! - Reece

Adrian and Ancil are top notch! Delivered a very heavy dresser quickly and without a single scuff. Will use them every time!! - M
My heart sank when they mentioned about my dresser being too heavy to carry due to the maximum being 200 lbs. However, they were determined to find a way to get the dresser moved: I was so surprised that my dresser could have it shelves removed. They also set the items in storage very convenient. - LaLa

Costco may deliver items ordered through Costco.com. When you buy in the warehouse and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg in McKinney before you leave the checkout line, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside, often within the hour. You pay Costco's price for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,500 Costco pickups in the past year, from more than 250 Costco warehouses.
Couches and sectionals are the most common Costco run, followed by TVs, mattresses, tables and bed frames. Costco is also where people buy the pieces that are hardest to get home: massage chairs, recliners, patio sets, refrigerators and chest freezers, plus boxed kits like sheds, gazebos, pergolas and saunas. If it fit on a flatbed cart, a Lugg can take it home.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, covers most Costco runs, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a mattress, a couch or a boxed TV dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and the rest of the cart in one trip.
Lugg's weight limit is 125 lb per Lugger, or 250 lb per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Massage chairs, saunas and gun safes can weigh more than you'd guess, so check the weight on the box or the Costco product page before you book, and book a second Lugg for the same time window for anything heavier.
Lugg movers carry your Costco order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the backyard. Measure your doorways and stairwells first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a patio set. Installation stays with a pro, so hooking up a fridge's water line or mounting a TV on the wall isn't part of the job.
