I requested last minute and in no time my couch was in my apartment. I requested one person (help was available at each location), but he came with help. This was my first time using the app and will definitely use in the future.

Our movers were great and very helpful lifting a very heavy couch up three flights of stairs. We selected the Lugger lite option, submitted photos and described our couch for pickup but it was clear that the base fee for lugger lite wasn’t a fair payment for the movers. Our luggers were very clear and we were able to workout a fair price.
Claudia and Emmanuel arrived right on time and worked well together maneuvering our couch through tight corners and up a flight of stairs. Through it all, they were careful and protected our couch with blankets and plastic wrap. Looking forward to using them again!

I was concerned about the couch getting dirty as it was white, but they reassured me it won’t happen, showing me that it was being covered by a blanket. It was super smooth, easy, and pleasant!
