The company was very good at communicating all steps during the pick up. I knew exactly when they would be arriving at pick up and drop off locations. My item was an 8 foot by 8 foot sectional and I selected the XL van and it was not an issue with space. The guys assembled it at my home, unfortunately one of the clips was not connected. So I will have to find someone else to do this for me. Otherwise they did a great job. I did tip them before they left - Joan

Clifton and Julian quickly and efficiently moved my mattress from a second floor bedroom. When they arrived at the drop off destination and were told that mattresses were accepted (it was my fault for knowing to check beforehand), they tried to find an alternate solution and they even provided other locations in the area. (At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. This is my 2nd time having Calvin and Muhammad. They're absolutely wonderful. I bought a dresser off FB marketplace, and I met them at the pickup since I had to pay the seller. They were all packed up and leaving before the Uber I booked was even finished assigning a driver. I arrived home about 4-5 minutes after they arrived, and they were already finished! If you're worried about the additional per minute cost, with Calvin and Muhammad, you don't have to. I don't know if their alter egos are something similar to The Flash, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.
