Completely wowed by the Lugg service . Had two large chairs ( 40x40 boxes ) to be picked from west elm . Shipping was $279 but Lugg did it for $55 !! And right on time , excellent service!! The Lugg employee has wheels too so don’t have to lift the box except for stairs . Overall , cannot wait to use the service again !!
First time using this, and it got off to a terrible start. I was told pick up at 10 am at West elm Bk and arrive at my place by by 11 am. The first guys said delayed 1.5 hrs, no reason given, and then finally they go and pick up and try to load. But they said our truck is too small. This is after I got an upgrade for bigger truck and somehow someway they said two piece couch and a coffee table can’t fit! They def making this up. So I wasted three hours and had to cancel. Unbelievable. I was able to get Joffre and Tyrone. Good time efficient and professional and got the job done. And they were nice about it and even said it’s was BS what happened early. What was supposed to 11 am promised delivery - they arrived at 3 pm. If it wasn’t for Jeffre and Tyrone, they saved the day. Zero stars for the first guys. And for luggs for making me still wait for the first guys for three hours. Five stars for Jeffre and Tyrone.
Excellent experience! Professional and efficient pick-up of a Facebook Marketplace item when I couldn’t be present. And smooth delivery - they were able to get a large, heavy piece of furniture through small spaces and exactly where we wanted it. Would trust them with any move.

The movers were great! For some reason after the mattress was picked up, I got a message that my delivery was canceled. It should have said confirmed but it said canceled. The delivery was not canceled and delivered with care. Thank you!

It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. Will definitely be using again!
