Michael and Emmanuel were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They knew little tricks that saved my walls and floors from any damage. They knew the best way to move up and down stairs and get around tough angles. Will use them next time and ask for them by name.
Kendy and Roland did an amazing job! They’re the best movers Lugg has to offer in DC. They got my chair to me and up multiple stairs with no issues or complications. Would recommend them for any job with Lugg!!

They also were very human in dealing with my grieving elderly mother who just lost her husband and had difficulty sorting and letting go of a lot of his stuff. Jahlil and Brandon J. were the best. They even shrink-wrapped the couch so that it was protected whilst in the van and not only moved it into the apartment, but arranged it to my liking. Thank you both so much!

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.
They are the BEST courteous and absolutely delightful to work with. They both deserve a huge holiday bonus and a raise!
We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.
Jerome and Michael were absolutely fabulous. They 100% know what they were doing. Everything was moved in super quick. Also the entire time they were communicating with me and giving me updates about their arrival time. They also had the best attitudes!
