Lawrence and Joshua were amazing! They were really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They were very attentive and helped with disassembling/packing my tv and desk. I was very anxious about using movers and this experience has definitely put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend both of them!! - Raffaele
I'm so happy I found this company! Ronald and George text me when they were on the way with the distance. They were scheduled to arrive between 10-1100am and arrived at 945! They were friendly and was quick. And the service fee was the best! I got a quote from another company that wanted to charge almost double for just a small sofa and TV stand to be moved. I was extremely happy with the service and will use again very soon. I will also not hesitate to recommend the services. - Tracie
Jerome and Michael M. went above-and-beyond in being extra careful moving my very fragile, very heavy and large, glass window. I couldn't have asked for more care to have been taken. They also provided excellent communication, calling when they were in route with a spot-on ETA. I would rely on Jerome and Michael M. any time I need moving help. - Jill
Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination. - Jiayi
Osei and Walter did a fabulous job delivering and then carrying in a fragile dresser. They helped us manuever it into place. They also arrived on time and kept us informed throughout! - Ashley
Marvin and Edwen were patient when it came to picking up my vintage console table from the seller. I didn’t realize the piece had a glass top, so I did not warn them but they came prepared with a blanket that they bungie’d over to transport it safely. They kept in communication and were very friendly! Amazing service - Marla
Highly recommend hiring these two if you need something moved right. Took lots of care at pickup and dropoff, wrapped and secured everything tightly, and had all the blankets and dollies and other supplies needed with them. Also really friendly and great communication. - David
He came prepared with everything that he would need; Dollys, blankets, cover for rain, etc. He effortlessly moved everything quickly and was a pleasant person. - Matthew
Andre and Ifeoma were so quick and friendly. They wrapped my furniture beautifully and handled it so carefully. I am truly impressed and will definitely use Luggs again! - Perry
Jahlil and Keon were incredibly efficient, kind, and respectful of my items and the homes they were in. They arrived early and wrapped up in less time than expected. Very grateful for their service! - Laura
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal. - Terra
Very pleased with the whole process. Our Luggers were respectful of our home and the piece delivered was wrapped to protect it. Would recommend! - Audrey
Jahlil and Brandon J. were the best. They even shrink-wrapped the couch so that it was protected whilst in the van and not only moved it into the apartment, but arranged it to my liking. Thank you both so much! - Zoe
They took the time to wrap and protect my furniture and then they unwrapped it and set it up for me and exactly the location I wanted. - Susan
Great experience from start to finish. They showed up as expected and took great care to wrap and protect the piece of furniture they moved. Everything was efficient and smooth. - Cornelia
An absolutely AMAZING team. So friendly and moved super fast. Did a rly professional job making sure everything was wrapped tight, and even helped me carry in other furniture deliveries beyond what I requested. Great team! - Kate
Marvin & Shawnell were very punctual, courteous, handled the furniture with expert care, the furniture was carefully protected with plastic wrapping they were attentive to instructions. It was a very efficient job. I totally recommend this crew. - Connie
Michael and Jerome were on time, communicated well, carefully wrapped and moved the furniture, sent photos ahead of pickup to make sure we knew about imperfections on the furniture, efficiently moved the furniture in, helped us move other furniture around, and we're very friendly and professional. Excellent service! - Melanie
I have used Jerome and Michael before, and they are fantastic! They are very efficient, and take close attention to detail. They’re very careful with wrapping individual items, inspecting before they move anything and send these photos. They called to let me know they are on the way and check in with me periodically with any update. I’m very grateful for love and thank you for such wonderful hired. Five stars all the way around. - Alisha
You have nothing to worry about with Michael and Cory as your Lugg pros. They took care of everything, including wrapping the furniture they delivered for me. White glove service. Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!! - Amy

Daniel E. and William are experts, got a heavy loveseat recliner from NoVa to MD and out of a house with many steps. Wrapped all pieces and handled with care. Thank you! - Karen
Daniel and William were awesome. William kept in touch the entire time, taking well documented photos of my item asking questions and keeping me informed on the delivery. They wrapped the item with care and handled it with care up to my unit. They even help me move a pre-existing item to my lobby. I so appreciate the work that they do and will definitely use Lugg again. Great work Daniel and William, you guys are Rockstars! - Korrine
Marlon and Jules arrived on time (even a little early!) and were super friendly. They expertly wrapped the chairs they delivered for me. I am so impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I can’t say enough good things about Marlon and Jules. I will definitely use them in the future. 😁😁😁 - Amy

Bought a TV that won't fit in your car, or found one on Facebook Marketplace across town? Lugg picks it up and brings it home the same day, with movers on the way within the hour, from a big-box store, a warehouse club or a private seller. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has carried a TV on more than 10,000 Luggs in the past year, from new sets still in the box to the living room TV headed to a new apartment. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Lugg's TV moving service covers the TV you already have, too. Screens are fragile, so for the best protection Lugg recommends packing yours in a TV box for moving. No box? That's fine. Lugg movers wrap the screen in moving blankets and stretch wrap, carry it out standing on its edge and load it with the rest of your furniture. One Lugg covers everything that fits in the vehicle you book, so the TV stand, media console or entertainment center can come along too. About one in five Luggs with a TV include one.
Can you lay a TV flat? No. Keep a flat-screen TV upright whenever it moves. Lying flat puts the weight of the panel on the glass, and one hard bump can crack it. Lugg movers handle TV transport the same way: standing on its edge, padded and strapped, from the pickup to the room you choose. That matters most on very thin screens, like an LG OLED or a Samsung Frame TV.
Will a 65-inch TV fit in your car? Upright and in its box, it usually won't, and it shouldn't go in lying flat. 65 inches is also the most common size Lugg customers mention, followed by 55, 75 and 85, and Samsung is the brand they name most, then LG and Sony. A Van stands 4.5 feet tall inside and fits most boxed TVs upright, and it keeps them out of the rain. A Pickup works on a dry day, with the TV strapped upright and covered with a tarp. For a 98- or 100-inch screen, book an XL, which is 6.4 feet tall inside. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+.
Lugg movers carry your TV up the stairs or into the elevator and set it in the room you choose, on its stand if it's ready. Lugg movers don't take a TV off the wall or put one up, so if yours is wall-mounted, have it taken down before your Lugg arrives. Wiring and setup stay with an installer too, so book one for the same day and Lugg handles everything up to the wall.
