They were very diligent in getting up all the things that I wanted them to take to the dump and they had to dig for some stuff but they still got it out even the heavy stuff and they’re just very friendly and eager to please I think.
They came right away and we’re super helpful and really hustled so we could get her stuff loaded at the dump. Thank you, Lisa
Jesus was great! But the dump location was closed. I reached out for help and the answer was that it was the customer’s responsibility to ensure the place is open. Ok fair BUT I don’t recall it was mentioned anywhere. At least you should have a warning message so we do know as customer this is our responsibility! It costs me at least double the expected price!!!

Johnny and Tim were fantastic!!! They were timely, professional, and did a great job. They handled a tricky drop off at my new location with class and skill. I had large furniture and they handled everything with prepared equipment and excellent planning. I am so grateful for the support they provided and could not have done it without them!!!! I have such relief to be done with this part of my move and it is all thanks to Johnny and Tim.
This was the first time using Lugg and I have to say I was VERY impressed with Gean and Isaac. They packed the furniture they delivered very securely and unloaded everything with care. They were friendly and helped moved the heavy furniture to a secure space. They set a very favorable impression of Lugg with my first experience.

They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.
