These two stratigized and got my bed moved and set up for me! They were so nice and went above & beyond to help me be able to sleep in my own bed after moving all week. Could not be happier! James and Onon made it look easy moving our expensive, one of a kind, and very heavy petrified wood table. They didn't seem to struggle with the weight and repositioned it several times for us until it was perfectly located. I would recommend this two person crew to others and be happy to use them again.

Despite several concerning oversights & mixups by the corporate schedulers which caused us extensive delay, Alex & Scott came through after hours and delivered great service. They took care of the appliance and demonstrated problem solving when moving a large item into a tight area. We hope corporate does better if we use Lugg again but we offer great feedback regarding the crew.
What an absolute joy it was to coordinate moving big boxes to mailing store with Drakale. He was kind and considerate, and went above and beyond to make sure we needed everything we needed, and didn't leave til he knew everything was set. Seriously, ask for him by name. Thanks Drakale

Movers were superstars, but outfit your crews with tools to make the job easier and more efficient — esp moving straps for big pieces.
Eloy and Angelo were superstars and my moving heros! They did absolutely everything for me and were very quick. They made sure everything was packed and delivered safely.
Jamel and Isaac did a great job moving a very heavy, old, armoire. They were friendly, efficient, and careful of the surrounding furnishings. I only have one complaint: it should be easier to tip the guys on your site. It says there is a place to tip them but I surely can't find it!

Our place is in the mtns and the roads were very slick. They couldn't come down our steep driveway cuz the Van would have never gotten out. They cheerfully carried the 4 sectional pieces 40yards from the top of the snow packed driveway. These guys were better than a moving company. This is our 2nd Lugg experience and both have exceeded expectations.
This is the second time Onon has helped me with a move and it was a pleasure to have his help again. Austin was fantastic too and very professional. We will definitely use Lugg again when moving is needed.
