Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that moves gym, fitness and exercise equipment in New York City, with a truck and the muscle to load it, for pieces that are too heavy and too awkward to shift alone.
What each piece weighs
The only number that matters is the heaviest single piece. Under 125 pounds one Lugger can carry it, so any Lugg works, including a Lite. Between 125 and 250 pounds you need a two-Lugger crew. Over 250, book a second Lugg for the same day and time with the same two addresses, and both crews arrive together.

Three things are worth doing before the crew arrives: box the small plates and leave the 45s stacked to be carried singly, take the bar and any long attachments off the rack, and measure the narrowest turn on the route rather than the doorway.
