It required disassembly and getting through some tricky doors, and they did a great job rolling with the unexpected challenges. They were able to get everything reassembled and put back together in a timely manner and were very accommodating. - Tate

Alisher and Carlos apparently had just run out of plastic wrap on their previous Lugg, so I just recommend to be over prepared in future. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. I appreciated that but was worried I might be charged. They were friendly, efficient and took care with my sofa. Arrived in the estimated window and delivery went smoothly. - Shelley
