Very relevant experience with moving medical equipment. They made it look easy to move a very cumbersome medical bed A+
I had to make a quick move, bringing a bed to my house, because I recently broke my shoulder and was in medical lab all day, finding out the results realized I couldn’t sleep in the bed I had. I feel so blessed that once again, I could turn the luggz and especially Miguel and Albertos positive energy. They responded immediately and within a half hour I had my bed in route to my house. They also grabed some other items and we’re happy to help in every way they could rearranging some furniture and making things look like home. I don’t know what I would’ve done without this kind of fast response🌈 I am so grateful that I’ll be able to sleep  in a more comfortable bed tonight because of their fast response and efficiency:-)

Andres did an amazing job. He arrived 20 minutes early and called and texted to keep us informed on his ETA. He was very friendly and careful with our fragile table we were moving. He came with all of the equipment he needed to load it into the back of his pick up truck, and we felt very confident our table would arrive back at our house in great condition. Would definitely recommend and work with Andres again.

The delivery was not completed because your team stated they cannot lift more than 240 pounds. At no point was I informed that this limitation existed. If weight was an issue, it should have been flagged at pick-up—before taking the job—so I could have canceled and found a company able to handle it. On top of that, your team did not have the proper equipment such as gloves or lifting straps to handle the furniture. Because this was not communicated and your team arrived unprepared, my time was wasted and the job I needed done remains incomplete. If your team cannot lift heavy items, then they are in the wrong line of work.
Overall I had a good experience. It was great having one very experienced mover on the team to lead the process. They were both very helpful and friendly, even when we faced an unexpected challenge with the bulkiest item at the drop off. The storage staff didn’t inform us of the door width and it was smaller than the equipment. We were able to find a solution. Unfortunately the one issue we had that led to a major delay at the pickup location was because the movers visually miscalculated the height of a freezer, thinking it would not fit the truck. I was not present and was informed it was not going to fit. After I spent 20 minutes troubleshooting alternatives with the warehouse, the movers tried loading the freezer and there was no problem fitting it in the truck! They could have avoided this setback with a measuring tape.
If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Beyond efficient and professional. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help disassemble the equipment and reassemble after getting it inside. Highly recommend these two.

These guys not only got the job done quickly and efficiently, they communicated the entire time while I couldn’t be there, sent me photos, went back for a piece that wouldn’t fit. And did it with a smile on their face. Cannot say enough good things. And I never leave reviews on these apps, but want to make sure they get the credit they deserve.
