The guys were great but the app is hideous - 1 star for user experience - wound up charging way more than anticipating, I did a large part of the moving and I wasn’t able to get the sort of help I needed which was multiple stops at goodwill and recycling as I put in my oRDEr. I didn’t realize that the piece was going to be extremely hard to make it up into my apartment but Orlando and Jamal figured it out with a positive attitude. Chris and Adam were incredible. They moved mountains to squeeze a couch past a narrow doorway. They had tools to move a piece of furniture that was screwed to the wall AND took the door off and put it back on. Seriously above and beyond with a can do attitude.
