Thanks guys for making this experience very stress free for me . HomeGoods did not complete the set correctly & made the mistake of sending the guys off with just 8 chairs. You both went above and beyond to make sure i got everything right. Thank you once again for going out your way to go back and fix the mistake homegoods made & most importantly the patience you had for me while trying to figure out the situation. You both are amazing . We need more mover with good attitudes when confusion/mistakes happens

They picked up 84” tall mirror for me from homegoods and it was an expensive mirror so wrapped very nicely, they arrived to my house on time and was very professional and friendly .
Due to HomeGoods mistakes, Sal need to went back again to pick up one item left, he was very responsible about this job, I am happy and thanks to him! Well done
They were super friendly, beyond professional and fast!! They kept me updated from the time the received the request all the way to when they arrived at my house. They picked up a huge expensive mirror for me at homegoods and a patio set , they quadruple bubble warped the and covered it with protective blankets. They sent me pictures after they loaded everything. They carefully unwrapped and put the mirror in my living room and the patio furniture in my back yard. I am hopping to get them again next time I need that service . I am BEYOND happy with the overall service and definitely will keep using it .
Zachary was excellent. HomeGoods gave him a hard time releasing what he was going to deliver and he handled it like a pro! I had my cabinet delivered quickly and he even brought it up to our suite and set it up! I loved this service! Thank you Zachary!
Amazing job! He was a great help and took time to place my mirror exactly where I wanted it. According to your lugg guy Your system sent him to wrong address. He arrived to Ross address instead of Homegoods. I made sure Entered correct address for homegood as the pick up address . your system had an icon of Homegood address in Buena Park already defaulted and I chose that. I also added a picture of receipt with Homegoods address. Just FYI apparently your system has wrong homegoods address. I was not able to verify if address is correct or not because the app won't list it . It only shows company name and city.

I actually first met these two fellas when I was arriving at Homegoods to make a purchase. I noticed the professional care they were using to load a move for someone else and it prompted me to inquire about their services. I never heard of Lugg before & they took the time to explain to me how it worked & how to set it up... After I made my purchase, I used the app as directed & the delivery was set within 30 minutes! My TV counsel table arrived on time, in perfect condition. Will use again without a doubt!
