Jose was excellent! I had to move some nightstands upstairs that also subsequently required me moving a bed a rug a living room set and a rug pad - Jose was helpful every step of the way. And even went so far as to help me clean up! He worked with another Lugger as well - can’t recommend him enough!! - Alysha

Javier and Daniel were amazing. The app provided me with updated delivery times. When Javier and Daniel arrived they texted me and delivered with care. They used shoe covering to enter my home which I appreciated. They unwrapped the dresser and placed it perfectly. I am grateful for the service. I look forward to using Lugg again for future deliveries. - Ashley
Very professional work. Moved a large and heavy vintage dresser up a flight of stairs with very tight corners so smoothly. The whole process from ordering pick up, they arrived in 30 minutes, wrapper the piece securely and delivered it in less than an hour from start to finish. Made a daunting move so seamless. Definitely will be using Lugg again. - Kaitlyn
Oscar and Jorge picked up a massive dresser that could not fit up the stairs and into the room. We tried every angle and they were happy to give any of my suggestions a go. At the end, we agreed window. It was going to have to go thru window. Oscar was pumped and somehow he and Jorge made it happen! The dresser the window and they are all intact. Thank you!! - Maureen
Friendly and good text communication. Wrapped the furniture item (dresser) carefully. Be advised, this does make pickup take longer than expected. (Twice as long as dropoff.) Probably well worth it in the end :) - Allison
Javier and Daniel were efficient, professional and went above and beyond by moving a very heavy dresser from the store into our home. Highly recommend them and I plan to use them in the future when we move next. - Christopher
Long dresser delivery up curved stairs and these guys did an amazing job! I really tried another platform and they didn’t show up. This will be my go to for all deliveries.!😃 Happy Customer - April
These two guys were amazing moving my two dressers for us. They were knowledgeable about the furniture’s weak points and were patient to hear my concerns. They managed to maneuver a stone-top dresser (at least 400lbs) down two flights of narrow stairs, with a huge window blocking their leverage. They asked us if we wanted to add more items than planned - just because they had space. If I could choose to have help again I would choose them again! - Nickel
Robert and Jaden were extremely friendly and helpful, they navigated moving a heavy dresser through an incredibly tight stairwell. Would book them again! - Sarah
Andrew was great! He helped me carry a dresser into my new apartment. He arrived on time and was very communicative. - Denah
Wow, 2nd time using Lugg and I’m incredibly happy. Martin and Gabriel were able to fit a 350 lb dresser and 2 smaller ones about 150 lbs in the truck. They worked together and made it happen. They also helped me move furniture out of the way in the house to make room! Very grateful to meet these guys! - amber
Christian and Erik were quick, friendly, and efficient. No problems picking up my dresser and getting it to its new place in my house. Would definitely recommend them! - Tracy
Great movers and very friendly! Super professional. I needed a large wooden dresser moved and they wrapped it in protective blankets and plastic wrap for safe transport! Smooth experience and great people to work with :) - Megan

Serena & Lily may deliver orders placed online, but a piece you buy in person at an outlet or a design shop still needs a way home, and that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Serena & Lily for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up Serena & Lily furniture from outlets and design shops for people who want it home the same day.
Outlet finds rarely fit in the car, and they don't wait around for you to come back with a truck. Pay for your piece at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Tables, chairs and dressers are the most common Serena & Lily Luggs, followed by beds and sofas, and rugs, rattan and outdoor pieces come home the same way.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps upholstery, linen slipcovers and rattan dry, and it's the most common choice for a Serena & Lily run. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a bed, a dresser and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on painted dressers, woven rattan and anything with a finish that scuffs easily. Solid wood dressers and sideboards are heavy, so check the weight before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Serena & Lily order to the room of your choice, whether that's a bedroom up a flight of stairs or a covered porch. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a headboard or a sideboard doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
