Showed up early and handle everything quickly and smoothly offering the best suggestions like wrapping the Mattress for the rain and timing the items sonwe could vacuum the floor before putting the bed. They offered to help beyond their scope of work and were very cool and friendly. My mother is elderly and I have an injured back, great service help and price. 5 stars all the way, I will definitely recommend Lugg and Baldo and Gilbert to anyone.
The mattress cover was a perfect addition which made the whole experience better. They were also able to handle a very heavy mattress up a two flight walk up 💪💪 great guys.

I can’t say enough good things about Kris. He drove from Long Beach to Huntington and back to deliver a mattress and had it at my door before the estimated drop off time. He carried the mattress inside and upstairs to my guest room quickly and carefully. He was super easy to talk to and made the delivery quick, seamless, and enjoyable. SO polite, helpful and good natured. They had to wait around for the mattress cover to dry and were so nice about it. They even vacuumed under my bed. Really great experience. I hope I can use them again for the next project.
My best experience with Lugg! These guys arrived fast, were well prepared, wore booties anytime inside, and open to carrying heavy mattresses upstairs. After they were done, they went above and beyond and unwrapped everything for me. 10/10 wish I could use them every time!!!

They were careful with my items, and asked questions before moving to make sure I was okay with what they were doing. They arrived right on time and got the move done super quickly! Great. Fast and efficient. I did request my other sofa to be hauled away in the order and they would not do that. Had them put it by the curb for bulky item pickup instead. Would like to see an option for hauling away old sofa, mattress, fridge, etc….

My bed set up everything even the dust ruffle under the mattress they put together= looks great:-) unloaded super organized for unpacking!! I can’t believe what a great job they did …but I know that I have always valued hard work and these guys are the epitome of hard workers. Rock star service🤩 thanks guys!
