I don’t believe this team should have accepted a move for a treadmill upstairs. They damaged our wood stairs and. I’m we are in a race to repair before putting our house on the market. We just installed this wood 3-months ago so am beyond disappointed.
Sam and Eric were a fantastic team! They went above and beyond in getting my treadmill moved safely. It required disassembly and getting through some tricky doors, and they did a great job rolling with the unexpected challenges. They were able to get everything reassembled and put back together in a timely manner and were very accommodating.
These guys were better than good. I highly recommend their work. My couch was bigger and door was smaller than expected and they worked very hard to get it in. They were very concerned about my wood floors as well. If there were more stars to give I'd rate them higher!
These guys were awesome! I never used this app before, but I’m glad it exists! It came in handy when I purchased a big, heavy piece of furniture. They picked it up and delivered to me! Literally on demand, within 2 hours of purchasing! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Matthew and Christopher are FANTASTIC! So professional and considerate - they delivered a very heavy credenza and hung around to make sure it was exactly where we wanted it. The credenza was even covered with moving blankets for extra protection. Absolutely the best service! Thank you!
Carlos and Yadier were terrific. They were careful with my plants. Moved an additional heavy plant to another room for me. They also broke apart my bed frame and took it to the garage. They were super friendly and helpful.

Amazing! They took great care of my very large and heavy dresser. They had to lift it downstairs and did amazing. Brought their own blankets and wrap for the drawers! Would definitely use this team again. Highly recommend!
Devon and Brendon were great to work with. They arrived on time and got straight to work moving a very heavy adjustable bed base up a set of stairs. They communicated every step of the way and actively discussed ways to mitigate any damages to the bed frame, floors, and walls.
I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated!

The BEST! Their communication was awesome. They called when they were on their way to pick up my special item, called when they had it and even when they were on their way. My item was awkward, heavy and special! A Volkswagen bus bar! They carefully wrapped it in a blanket, and then a clear Stretchy material to keep it protected. The first part of the bar would not fit through the front door. So they had to carry it around to the back of the house and they did it with a smile. They even had to move other furniture in the house to get it into the house & to the room where we wanted it. They were very patient and allowed me to attach sticky felt foot pads on the bottom of the legs…all 8 of them. They moved it exactly where we wanted. These two were above & beyond! Thank you!
