Matthew and Christopher should get higher than a 5 star rating!!! Professional every step of the way! My white couch was covered completely with blankets and/or wrap CLEAN pad covers as well as my fabric headboard. I would hire them a million times over! You want to keep these 2 professionals. They are the face of your company and represent Lugg to the highest standards!! Thank you for the best possible experience! - Melissa
both matthew & christopher were so polite & hard working! they worked together efficiently & effectively. they built a dresser & an entertainment center for me. both came out great & they even moved the furniture to where i wanted it placed. they cleaned up after themselves & maintained professional throughout the entire process! lugg itself also had great customer service when i was experiencing app issues. so far, my 1st experience w lugg has been overall great! #idRecommend - jen
Thank you for picking up my new chairs from Home Goods and delivering to my house! The scheduling was super easy and your service was affordable! I highly recommend! - Luisa
Carlos and Jonathan did an awesome job delivering my credenza. They placed it in my home with care and even put the shelves back inside for me. This is the first time I used Lugg but I was really impressed on how well it worked for a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Lugg again on my next furniture purchase! I gave them each a cash tip. - Cynthia
They were so quick and efficient and handled my cabinet as if it were their own! A lot of peace of mind and would definitely use them for more of my big purchases! Thank you guys! - Megan
Christopher and Matthew from Lugg were absolutely outstanding. They were solution-oriented, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to get the job done right. My pickup window was 9–10am, and they had the piece delivered and moved into my home by 10:45am — incredibly timely and professional. They handled everything with care and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Matthew and Christopher to anyone needing reliable movers! - Fred
They unexpectedly showed up an hour early which I don't think was their fault. It didn't matter. The machine was crazy heavy and we had to take it one step at a time and constantly think and reconsider how to go about bringing it up the stairs. They did well, but I was expecting them to have more helping tools to lift heavy objects up narrow stairs (they repurposed tie-down straps as lifting straps, but purpose-built lifting straps could've helped a lot more). Other tools like a XXL hand truck with large wheels could've helped. The machine had wheels so 2 long ramps laid over the stairs (decreasing the grade of the ramp) would've made the move almost trivial. GIVE THEM MORE TOOLS! They did the best they could with what they had and I am very happy they got it done. - Joel
Danillo was fast. Got straight to business and took care of my stuff. He even wrapped it for me. Definitely recommend him. - Estevan
Matthew and Chris were on time and really friendly (but didn’t stand around talking). They wrapped my furniture in blankets and plastic because it was misting. - Leslie

Whether HomeGoods delivers depends on the store, so it's worth asking at yours. When the piece won't fit in your car, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg before you leave the register, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay HomeGoods for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 4,000 HomeGoods pickups in the past year, from more than 300 HomeGoods stores.
HomeGoods stock changes all the time, so the piece you love today may not be on the floor next week, and leaving it behind to come back with a truck is a gamble. Chairs are the most common HomeGoods Lugg, from accent chairs to recliners, followed by sofas, tables, mirrors and rugs. Console tables, cabinets, sideboards, bookcases and patio sets come home the same way.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. Most HomeGoods runs fit in a pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a velvet sofa or a framed mirror dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a whole room of furniture in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, and the pieces that need it most at HomeGoods are the ones that look sturdy and aren't: an oversized HomeGoods mirror, glass-topped tables and stone-topped consoles. If a piece is heavy, check its weight before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your HomeGoods order to the room of your choice, whether that's a walk-up apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the back patio. Measure the doorway and the turn at the top of the stairs before you buy a HomeGoods couch or an armoire, because a piece that fits the room still has to get through the door first.
