I don’t believe this team should have accepted a move for a treadmill upstairs. They damaged our wood stairs and. I’m we are in a race to repair before putting our house on the market. We just installed this wood 3-months ago so am beyond disappointed. - Lara

It required disassembly and getting through some tricky doors, and they did a great job rolling with the unexpected challenges. They did offer to pick more up on the way to delivery location to wrap in order to leave in my place, which is undergoing some dusty renovation work. These guys were awesome! Horrible traffic, miscommunication on the location for pick up, which was my fault, and just a weird overall start with a different driver, Matius and Naheam came through. Driving across town in 5pm traffic. They arrived as they said they would.
