Jonas and Peters did an exceptional job delivering our bookcase from Macy’s. They were prompt and sent text messages to update their progress, reaching our apartment. Job well done! We will definitely recommend Lugg to others!!!! Elissa & Allan Ginsburg - Elissa
They did a fabulous job. One of my dressers is really heavy and two previous movers struggled to carry it but they lifted it with ease. - Courtney
Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service! - janis
I happily tipped them $40! (They moved drawers and a dresser for me to my new home). They were very kind and polite. Thank You! - Mendy
Ralph and Haile did an incredible job helping me move my things. I had a Queen mattress, wooden trunk, dresser, TV and console, with a large hanging lamp that was moved within an hour to get out and the same moving in. They were respectful and considerate of my things, it was such a last minute move I’d definitely use them again - Rachel
They were prompt and quick with moving the dresser from one location to the next. Thank you very much. Will definitely recommend and use the service again!! - Laina
Where do I start? Rocky and Gloria filled in for a trip that had been cancelled by another crew. They made our day. Friendly, super careful with our things. Getting 3 antique dressers up a narrow staircase wasn't an easy task! And: both would make any bodybuilder pale in comparison! Gloria takes the title for strongest woman ever! Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you! - Sandrina
They were excellent. Very professional, skilled and prepared. We were very impressed with the way they thoroughly wrapped and protected the cabinet, the care the took, and the skillful way they navigated tricky situations with the elevator and hallway angles. Very pleased. - Sara
Darrien and Trevor were a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process just so easy, they were so kind and helpful and I’m grateful to have a new sofa because of their hard work! - Ewuraba
I kept anticipating some kind of flub or problem to occur with this whole process. However, Jamar and Cameron were completely above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, friendly, understanding and accommodating. I had a sleeper sofa sent to my mom’s house almost 2 hours away. I did prepare for them as much as I could (as u should too!!) by putting the cushions in bags, removing the feet and strapping the sleeper down. They were kind enough to help my mom by removing the straps and putting on the feet! I made sure to tip them for their hard work. Thanks again guys!!! - Nicole
They arrived at pickup and destination exactly on time. There was some confusion with pickup times given by the furniture store, and Jamar and Cameron were completely flexible and easy going. The sofa was a bit of a heavy load and the doorway needed to have parts removed to make the delivery more accessible. Jamar was quick to come up with a solution and never seemed stressed. - Roger
These 2 young men Vernon and Sufyaan were professional, timely and knowledgeable! They were also very polite, they went above and beyond. They did several attempts to bring the sofa into my house, they would not give up until the solution was solved. They placed everything where it needed to go and handle each item with care! I salute these gentleman, they are the best 😊!! - Kim
The sofa appeared to large to get into the door. They both went above and beyond with the expertise and found a way. Great team! - Carolina
They asked if I needed their help taking the sofa out of the box and they screwed on the legs neither of which I was expecting. - Marion
Eileen and Westley were outstanding. They saw an issue at the store and face timed us to show the problem prior to loading the sofa, and if we were okay. It was not a big deal, but that attention to detail on my behalf was huge! Thank you both for your exceptional customer service! - Odell
They went over and above to get the job done. The building did not have a freight elevator and they had to take a 156 pound sofa down three flights of stairs! They were very fast, kind and professional! Job well done. Thank you! - Mary
Absolutely seamless. We needed a sofa bed moved and spent too much time stressing about how we’d get it done! Someone on NextDoor recommended Lugg and we’re thrilled. 2 great guys, professional and friendly. Appreciate the real time updates re: arrival. 🙏 - Karen
Dwight and Ryan were incredibly friendly and efficient. Had our new sofa in and set up in no time flat! Thanks for making it such a smooth experience. - Micah
Yoandris and Mike are so helpful. They pack and move things very fast without breaking any tiny part. They used there own tools and covers which are extremely professional. I am a single mother living with my mom and daughter. I can believe moving so many furniture without there help. BTW, the Van they drive was larger than I thought. It has enough space for my one bedroom, including three beds (queen, twin, and a kid beds), small sofa, two tables, some chairs, and some boxes. - Zoe
They were very nice! Patient and FAST. Great gentlemen to have move my sofa couch. Thank you Ryan and Savon!!! - Amy
I absolutely love the professionalism of our Lugg guys! They were on time and stayed in contact with me prior to arriving to let me know they were enroute. These guys handled the move a sofa for me with no problem. I would highly recommend others to give this app a try. - Roxanne
They're just good. They checked the layout, put down rugs where needed, brought in the sofa (2nd floor walk-up apartment) and left. - Gary
There is a lot of confusion regarding assembly with Ikea delivery. They went the extra mile as put the sofa together. It was a simple job and I appreciate their work ethic. - Salvatore
They were great! Helped us move in to a new apartment and even helped us get a couch into a room with a smaller door! - Rohit

Crate & Barrel may deliver orders on its own schedule, but when you buy in the store or at an outlet and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg once you've paid, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay Crate & Barrel for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,000 Crate & Barrel pickups in the past year, from stores and outlets across the country.
Most Crate & Barrel Luggs start at an outlet, where floor models and last-of-a-kind pieces sell fast and usually have to leave with you. Pay at the register, then book a Lugg with the outlet as your pickup and your home as the drop-off. Sofas and sectionals are the most common Crate & Barrel Lugg, followed by tables, chairs, dressers and consoles.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, has a bed at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a sofa or a boxed bed frame dry on a rainy day, and the Pickup and the Van are the two most common choices for a Crate & Barrel run. An XL (at least 10 feet) or a Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and a dining set in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, which matters most on marble tops, glass shelves and solid wood cabinets. Check the weight of anything with stone in it before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your Crate & Barrel order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment or a bedroom upstairs. Measure the doorway and the stairwell first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a dining table.
